Common questions

Do I need to understand crypto?

No. You deposit from your bank like any transfer, and your balance shows in digital dollars. We handle the conversion and the wallet.

What are USDT and USDC?

Digital dollars: each one is designed to be worth 1 US dollar. EU residents hold USDC on the Base network and deposit EUR by SEPA. Customers in supported countries outside the EU hold USDT on the TRON network. Your account uses one asset based on your country of residence.

How much does it cost?

A one-time $10.00 USDT/USDC account opening fee, a 3% conversion fee and a $3.00 USDT/USDC deposit fee on each deposit, a $3.00 USDT/USDC send fee for each send to an outside wallet, and a $3.50 USDT/USDC monthly maintenance fee. Fees are charged in your account's asset: USDC for EU accounts, USDT for supported non-EU accounts. Every fee appears before you confirm.

Where can I open an account?

We are preparing an EU-first launch with EUR deposits by SEPA. US accounts use ACH; other configured non-EU countries are planned for USD wire deposits, which are not open yet. Availability depends on verification and provider approval. You deposit from a bank account in your own name.

How do I talk to a person?
